PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to the fees and payment schedule for the program selected at checkout.

Automatic Payments: By completing your purchase with a credit or debit card you authorize Fire Horse Group LLC to automatically charge all amounts due without additional consent for each scheduled payment. You consent to the sharing of payment information with third-party payment processors including Stripe.

Payment in Full: Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required prior to accessing program materials. Non-payment may result in immediate termination of access.

Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation or usage. Voluntary withdrawal, non-participation, or dissatisfaction does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining balance in full. You remain responsible for all amounts due under your selected payment plan. Fire Horse Group LLC reserves the right to terminate program access for missed or failed payments. You agree to reimburse Fire Horse Group LLC for any collection costs or legal fees incurred due to non-payment.

REFUND POLICY

Fire Horse Group LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital programs and resources.

All purchases of digital products provided by Fire Horse Group LLC are covered by a 3-day refund policy, in accordance with applicable law.

Customers may request a full refund within three (3) days of the original purchase date. To request a refund please contact [email protected] with your name, purchase details, and reason for your request.

Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days.

Because all products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, by completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content begins immediately upon payment.

After the 3-day window, all sales are final. Fire Horse Group LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside this window or where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, sharing of login credentials, or excessive use of content prior to requesting a refund.

This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

Refunds immediately terminate your access to all Company content, programs, and licenses.
